"The flight itself was fine and…"
The flight itself was fine and everything seemed to move along okay. Once we landed though, getting the baggage took longer than expected, and the process wasn’t exactly clear. Not the worst experience, but it definitely could’ve been handled a bit better.

"Pretty Helpful When My Flight Was Delayed"
My flight got delayed, and I actually got the text updates quickly, which was nice. I wasn’t totally sure they’d be accurate at first, but they did save me from just sitting around the gate for no reason.

Am I the only one who found the signs inside confusing? I kept getting turned around and had to backtrack more than I expected.

I actually found EIA really easy to get around. The terminal layout made sense, the signs were clear, and I didn’t have to do that awkward airport guessing game of wondering if I was heading the right way. It also didn’t feel like they were secretly trying to make you walk through half the building just to pass every shop. I got from check-in to security and then to my gate without rushing, which was a nice change compared to some bigger maze-like airports.

"Pretty Unwelcoming Airport"
The airport just felt kind of dull and cold to me. There wasn’t much personality or energy anywhere, and the seating areas were bland (which really doesn’t help when you’re stuck waiting). Overall, the atmosphere made the time drag more than it needed to.

"Clean Bathrooms, Small Inconvenience"
The bathrooms were clean, which I really appreciated. The escalator was broken when I visited, which was a bit annoying at first, but it wasn’t the biggest deal and everything else was fine.

"Easy airport to get around"
Flew through EIA last week and it was easy. It didn’t feel too crowded, even near security, which was nice. Line kept moving and people weren’t all packed together like at some other airports. Signs were simple enough to follow, and I got to gate quick. Always nice when airport doesn’t make you feel stressed before trip.
"First impression was that it felt safe, but a bit unclear"
My first impression was that the place seemed safe, especially with the emergency signs being easy enough to spot. But when I asked staff a couple of questions, their answers felt a little unsure, which made me less confident. Overall it seemed okay, I just wish the information had been clearer.

"Super clear airport announcements"
The announcements were surprisingly easy to hear and actually understand, which feels like a small miracle at an airport. My gate changed, but the clear updates made it way less stressful than it could’ve been. Overall, a good experience.

"Had a good feeling about the place"
I accidentally left my wallet there and had a gut feeling the staff would do the right thing. Sure enough, they called me the next day to let me know they found it. Got it back fast and was seriously relieved. Really appreciate it.

I don’t remember much else about the app, but I do remember checking my gate and whether there was a delay, and it matched up perfectly. No surprises there, which is really all I needed

I booked through flyeia.com and appreciated how straightforward the pricing was. From my experience, the price I saw at the start was the same when I got to checkout, with all the fees already shown upfront. No random add-ons or weird surprises, which made the whole process feel easy and stress-free

The staff were really helpful and friendly, so I appreciated that. The wait did feel longer than I expected though, which was a little frustrating. I mean, once I got help everything was fine, but yeah, the waiting part kind of stood out.

"Surprisingly Easy Airport Stop"
I had a good experience at EIA before my flight. There were lots of places to sit, the washrooms were clean, and the food options were better than I expected. I usually stick to my usual coffee chain out of habit, but I ended up trying something else with a quick burger and coffee, and it actually hit the spot. No stress, no rushing around — just an easy pre-flight stop.

"Quicker security than I expected"
I flew out last week and expected the usual slow, stressful security line, but it was way smoother than I thought it would be. The line kept moving, and the staff were really clear about what needed to come out, so there wasn’t that awkward guessing game. I think I was through in about 10 minutes. For an airport security experience, it was a easy start to the trip. No complaints from me.

"Website is fine, but also kind of a pain"
The website isn’t terrible, pages loaded smoothly for me, and it looks decent enough. But somehow trying to find the parking info was way more annoying than it should’ve been. I appreciate that the info is probably all there, but I had to click around too much to actually find it. So yeah, it works fine, but I still got frustrated using it.

"Changing my reservation took way too much effort"
I tried to update my parking reservation online, it was more frustrating than it should’ve been. The page kept loading slowly, and I had to re-enter my information a few different times, which got old fast. I eventually managed to change the date, but something that simple shouldn’t take that long. Not a complete disaster, but the company really needs to take responsibility for making the reservation system work properly.

I flew through EIA last week and, umm, customs and immigration were way smoother than I thought they’d be. The line kept moving, the officers were clear and polite, and I got my bag quickly. After a long flight, it was such a relief not to be stuck there forever. Really good experience overall.

"They sorted it out faster than I expected"
I had an issue with my booking and, yeah, I was annoyed at first. I reached out to support not really expecting a quick reply, but they actually got back to me sooner than I thought. They explained what went wrong, fixed it, and the whole thing ended up being way less stressful than I was expecting. So yeah, happy with how they handled it in the end

"No surprises after booking"
I was kind of expecting the usual back-and-forth after I booked, since sometimes the total changes or the receipt takes forever to show up. I checked my email a little later and everything was already there. The amount matched what I was shown, the bill came through right away, and the payment itself went through without any trouble. Smooth overall.
